We tried repeatedly to reach the merchant without any success. Even with Groupon involved who supposedly contacted the merchant to demand they contact us. No contact from the merchant was ever received. For those of you that actually received a call from this merchant, consider yourself lucky. All we wanted was a massage. Other merchants on Groupon have been great.

I am so sorry you have had difficulty reaching the merchant you purchased your groupon from but I have not offered any services through a groupon for over a year. It seems there is some confusion on the groupon purchased. I return all phone calls within 24 hours and I was never contacted by groupon. Great deep tissue massage! I've had deep tissue massages that don't do justice to deep tissue massage. This was one of the best.
