What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
At Zenful Yoga our goal is to pioneer "cozy yoga" with the theory that room temperature takes longer for the muscles to limber up and hot yoga can be overwhelming and intense. We create the "womb effect" You take a class feeling warm, safe and secure.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Zenful Yoga uses affirmations to encourage students during class. We allow to students to go at their own pace even if they want to just take a nap. We encourage the students to do what feels right and offer modifications or amplifications to enhance their practice.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Owner Jessica Martinez started Zenful Yoga after a traumatic event involving her spouse in which he was declared a medical miracle after being pronounced dead and coming back with no effects from the ordeal. She believes you should follow your dreams and wants to help you accomplish that with love.

What do you love most about your job?
Our instructors love guiding our students to their fullest potential. We offer encouragement and support every step of the way. Because we are a small studio we know each students name and their needs which is important to us. We encourage community so that each student never sits by a stranger.
