They were out of one of the flavors, and they gave me a free waffle cone for the trouble. With the punch card as well, my order was $0.00 total…thanks, Ben & Jerry’s Alexandria!

This is a terrible store! They are perpetually out of ice cream and their freezers are broken so they have even less of a choice. They are perpetually out of ice cream or their freezers are broken. We have been trying to use this Groupon for six months and every time we go in they are out of the flavor we are looking for or their freezer is broken and they are not serving that ice cream. Stay away
