Easily accepted and processed the groupon

I purchased a groupon for 2 oil changes and days before it expired I took my car in for an oil change (this was also done days prior to me getting married). A few days after returning from my honeymoon my husband and I noticed grease on my head light. We opened the hood to the car and immediately noticed the oil cap was gone. We had no idea how much, or how little, oil was left in the car since it was ALL OVER THE ENGINE so we called AAC since they were the last ones to work on my car. The manager was nice and told us to bring it right in. Since we live a few minutes away we took it in. By the time we got there the manager was gone so another associate asked my husband what the problem was. My husband informed the gentleman what the problem was and the first thing the guy said was "You're just NOW noticing that??" My husband had to remind him AGAIN that we had been gone for over a week and since they last worked on my car they need to replace the oil cap, add more oil to my car, and have my engine cleaned. They replaced the oil cap, added more oil, but did a HORRIBLE job cleaning the engine. My husband had to contact the manager the next day and told us to bring the car back so they can clean my engine. I know mistakes happen but my engine could have seized...then what?? I also did not like the fact how the associate did not right away apologize for what they did. All he could say was "you're just now noticing this?" If this would not have happened I would be a returning customer but I would rather go to Pohanka in Fredericksburg and pay the extra money for them an oil change. I would not feel comfortable recommending any of my friends/family to go there.
