the worst experiences I had. I booked for my parent’s birthday celebration for 6 people. The first trip the cruise never left the dock, due to weather conditions. So city cruises gave me vouchers makeup cruise. So far so good. When I booked the make up cruise, entered all the voucher number. It site appeared to accepted the voucher but it ended up charged me over $1000 on my credit card. I contacted their customer supposed and got the run around between customer support and accounting. Eventually, they said they cannot refund because it is over 30 days. This is a total fraud! If there is anything goes wrong with this company, you cannot expect them to help at all. Get your money back is impossible. You just have to prey everything goes well. I

20 degree weather, boat boarded 40 min late ade returned at 940. Don't expect to get what you pay for or have them care. 99% Hispanic music. 3 American songs will be played. New york, new York. New York. And maybe a Bruno Mars song. Do not recommend. Not a relaxing atmosphere at all.
