Someone else washed my hair in preparation for the stylist to make his entrance so the stylist had no idea how I style my hair. I told him I wanted a trim and to take off 2 inches. He took 5 which created a completely different style and way too short. Now I'm stuck trying to do something with my hair. This is a very bad practice and I would NOT reccommend this salon to anyone that wants to keep the same style as they have no idea when you are in the chair with wet combed back hair. What a nightmare!
