My 11 year old loved his first intro class. It was easy to sign up online and everyone I spoke to on the phone (which is the way to redeem your Groupon) was so helpful and pleasant. Even upon arrival and waiting there the staff was awesome. These guys know customer service. It smells like a sweaty gym in there though. Not surprising due to it being a gym but just a warning.
