Horrible. I bought the Groupon because I had not been there in 2 years and the terms said new customers OR those who have not been there in 12 mo. When I got there for my appointment, they said that was a mistake and would not honor it. Beyond annoyed and will never return

Purchased a Groupon for bikini & half leg wax. Was told that "half leg" only refers to the upper leg (above the knee to the bikini area). I was told I needed to pay extra to NOT have the upper leg and only have below the knee. My legs feel like a man's face. My hair was broken off instead of pulled out from the root. I got my underarms added--same result. I need to shave, same day. Room was filth.

Keratin treatment did nothing to my hair, the cut was subpar and she kept criticizing the color of my hair, how I forgot to iron a part of it that day and so much more. No thanks! Never going back.
