I never used this but it’s showing as redeemed. Also the phone number listed never picks up or calls back. Please give me a refund ASAP.

Tech Dean took a cursory look up the chimney and declared it didn't need cleaning. He removed gas log insert but left us unable to use gas starter without going ourselves to Menard's for a part he would not furnish. When I questioned the value of his work vs. the Groupon offer, he told me I had "gotten my money's worth." A sad example of how the same vendors who offer Groupons then penalize and denigrate customers who purchase the Groupon!
