The food was wonderful but the service and management was some of the worst I have ever seen. When you are paying $45 a plate i would expect a certain level of service and we did not receive that at bonnie ruths at watters creek. The service was absolutely terrible and the manager on duty was wildly unprofessional in that he was taking alcoholic shots at the bar with other staff members while on duty! When our server brought him our groupon he barely glanced and then proceeded to tell her that they couldnt honor it, she brought it back to us and we got a different manager/ lead server involved and she redeemed it properly (she was very pleasant and helpful, I wish we had gotten her name) We had our server box up the remainder of our meals, ie over half our plates and when we got home realized she had just thrown most of it out. Solely because of the food I would be inclined to give it another try or maybe a different location but I could not see suggesting this to anyone and the service alone would make me think twice before returning

Dinner was delicious and our waiter Mike was very good. Was a little dark as it was difficult to read the menu. But we will definitely go back.
