Customer service was poor. They started my oil change then just disappeared for 10 minutes. When I asked if they checked the air pressure I was told yes. Soon after I left the tire pressure light came on and I had to return to get air. I was told I would have to go to the end of the line if I wanted air. Very dissatisfied in this particular location.

Not a good experience. We have an Audi Q3 that we brought in for an oil change.
They started taking off all kinds of stuff underneath the car which you’re not supposed to do — you’re supposed to suck the oil out from above with a special device that we don’t have, which was the whole reason we decided to bring it to the “professionals”.
They told us the brake pads were at 5%. That was a lie.
