I was pleased to find a place with a great deal and good reviews. When it came time for the first appointment I liked the decor and Danika was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Once we finished the first appointment I requested a second appointment a month later. One month later and an hour before my second appointment, I get a text message that my appointment was canceled. I tried calling and texting multiple times, but no reply and then come to find out this is what she does, takes you after the first appointment and then ghosts you! I went back to the groupon reviews and saw people experienced the same! I advise you STAY AWAY!

Do NOT recommend this place! I am usually very easy going/ understanding client but there been too many miscommunications, mistakes, and lost of time, the laser did NOT work, and owners is leaving her own positive reviews. 1st appt scheduled... the owner/tech was late without any notice! I had to wait in my car for her to arrive only after I texted her saying I was outside (doors locked) waiting for her to arrive. Very bad first impression. 2nd: Change in ownership without any communication to clients. Bad breakup because machine were apparently stolen they LOST all my contact information, history and maybe even my credit card info. 5 mins before my appointment, as I am driving to the location I get a text saying the location has been move to another city- Fairview, TX 3rd: My appt get cancelled, 50 minutes before the scheduled time, because I did not prepay for services. No one said I had to prepay. I was planning to pay at the time of service. I still pre-paid over the phone but my appt was still cancelled and I get rescheduled. 4th last straw: My (rescheduled) appt gets cancelled 10 minutes before the start of the appt. So many time I drove to this place only to get cancelled last minute! I did not even finish my last sessions of laser. They refused to refund what I already paid for. I'm not going to waste my time driving here only to get cancelled again.

If I could give a zero I would. This business is ghosting people once redeeming their groupon after their first session. I paid for a groupon and then paid EXTRA at their location to get a bigger area lasered and now they do not answer texts, emails, and the phone line is disconnected. I decided to show up in person to see whats going on and the building is CLOSED. I don't know what the legal trouble is, but they need to be issuing full refunds.

Horrible service. Zero stars. Danika is the owner. Ignore her positive review! Redeemed my Groupon and cancelled my service. Phone number disconnected.
