I purchased "One 70-Minute Tibetan Herbal Foot or Foot and Body Massage with Hot Stones at Royal Foot Spa". After the purchase, I read more of the reviews and saw there were more negative reviews than positive. I decided to let the voucher expire without using it. I received a notice the voucher was about to expire, so I decided to give it a try. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment. I was led to the back room and instructed to remove my shoes and socks. A gentleman came in with a tub of hot water and had me put my feet in the tub. He moved up above my head and started massaging my forehead and scalp. I figured he was waiting for my feet to soak a bit. He moved from my scalp to my shoulders, then down each arm. After 20 minutes, he moved down and removed my feet from the water and dried them off. He began massaging my feet, but never used any hot stones. I get pedicures, so I know what hot stones feel like. He spent about 25-30 minutes on my feet. He then had me roll over and he started stretching the muscles in my neck, back, buttocks and legs. This lasted for the duration of the 70 minutes purchased. This is not at all what I paid for or was expecting. I have Neuropothy in my feet and the ONLY reason I purchased this was for 70 minutes of feet massage with hot stones. So, I join all the negative comments already on here and NOT recommend this establishment, no matter the deal.
