Ian is a wonderful human. He heard my "I can't" and always turned it into "wow I did it!" But more than that It's not his muscles that make him strong, it's his tender heart that holds you accountable without making you feel foolish. 👊🏾💪🏾💪🏾👍🏾 In other words he's the best ❤️❤️❤️❤️
