After serving with the U.S. Navy, Jimmy's Barbershop owner Jim Moyer transitioned into life as a barber, and has shorn countless craniums during his 30 years of hair artistry. Strands are snipped by a choice of scissors or clippers, leaving newly coiffed gents confident and sleek enough to attend wind-tunnel board meetings. Bridle bristle with a hot razor shave or a beard and mustache trim, while a nose, brow, and ear pruning uncovers sensory features and the need for holographic smell-o-phones. A black awning and a red, white, and blue barber pole frame the front door of Jimmy's, and a soundtrack of jazz, oldies, and Frank Sinatra tunes welcomes entering clients. Bask in the glow of the shop's flat-screen TV, or point out familiar places or unfamiliar alien passersby in the Lehigh Valley artwork that festoons the walls.
