At Fun Slides Carpet Skatepark & Party Center's 33,000-square-foot, black-lit fun zone, kids learn a new way to skate: carpet skating. Instead of lacing up rollerblades or hopping on a skateboard and cruising over concrete, kids strap smooth, plastic plates onto their shoes and glide across safe carpeted surfaces. They glide down slides, shoot over obstacles, and even show off on ramps and rails, navigating the carpet park as though they were wearing actual skates. Best of all, the activity is easy to master, and instructors provide guidance until kids are ready to glide off on their own.
