Only select ingredients, nothing frozen; everything is made in house and from scratch. Nobody beats us on the salad and topping varieties!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
MBA, Ms.Science in Applied Math, 23+ years of IT career (last 11 at SAP) - the corporate life was way too boring and we opened our quick service restaurant startup. Exploiting the Agile Methodology we started with a food truck and 1.5 years later opened our first location at Windward!

What do you love most about your job?
Most off, the pleased customers. Happy smiling faces after they have discovered our food first time.
