Service is very slow. There is never anyone to check cars in, pay or pick up your car. When I tried to find someone, they were nasty. This has happened repeatedly. I am done with them.

Greeted by a friendly staff member. A minor wait in a comfortable lounge area or outside on shaded seating. The quality of the just pampered washed vehicle is second to none.
