I think that good customer service begins with respect. You cannot treat your customers/patients as if they are unintelligent or uninformed. A better approach is to assume intelligence, provide information (as if you are talking to an adult--not a child), allow the customer/patient to ask question, and then following up with either additional information or an offer of additional information. Natural Health Atlanta should increase their baseline respect for their patrons.
