Not a great experience. I walked in and no one greeted me and the one person whose eye I caught and asked if she worked there looked a me like "I have no clue". 😳 The stylist was very cold and talked poorly about my haircut. I was also told that because my hair is long, it would be an extra $100 for the Keratin treatment. She said it's written in the fine print; something like that shouldn't be in the fine print, but front and center.
