Never got a spray tan but I'm glad I chose this place. It was absolutely amazing. The ppl that work there are super nice and my tam is awesome!!!! Can't wait to go back!

Spray Tan equipment seemed to be a little outdated. Charged for any little thing extra, like Cardboard feet to stand on which if anything should cost like .50 but was charged $2.00.

Thank you for your feedback. We have not raised our prices for the last 3 years, even though our rent, labor, insurance, and cost of material & other costs have gone up. We treat every customer especial & always aim to help you look good & feel great. Our Google reviews are just one indication that our equipment work great in giving you the desired color. All of our team members are certified to do custom air brush as well. I hope you were happy with your color after all. We normally call our first time customers the following day to check on their experience & results and make notes on their accounts to help with their future visits. We hope to see you soon.

When I tried to cash in my group on to spray tan their ONLY spray booth was not working. As a result, I had to pay to go somewhere else as well

Once or twice a year the Mystic spray booth may need repairs, upgrades or routine maintenance to keep it functioning c& spraying consistently. During that day we don't schedule an appointment and if we get a walk in customer, we offer to do air brush which is much more expense procedure, at no cost. Sorry if you were not offered or did not accept air brush method.
