She was very nice, and my hair turned out smooth (after a Keratin treatment), but it smelled weird for days after (this was not my first time with Keratin, but first time at this salon) and my hair turned light orange (it started out blonde). She noticed it too, but didn't offer any remedies or ideas for how to fix it....My guess is that the preparatory shampooing rinsed out the toner from my last highlights session?
