This is NOT a Brazilian business. The owner was extremely rude, and unprofessional to say at least. I had to endure a phone ringing by ears , if wasn’t enough she also was listening to a podcast while doing my eyelashes, she refused to turn off even after I requested. I still tipped her 20%, but when I asked to reschedule because I’m sick, she didn’t even reply.
