With its curved countertops and swivel stools, Alpine Chill looks a lot like an old-school ice cream parlor. The shop's setup is cool, but not quite as cool as the frozen yogurt pouring from its wall dispensers. At each of these stations, customers yank down a lever to release a different flavor, such as watermelon sorbet or sea-salt-caramel pretzel.
