They were great! ! Just make sure to go on a day you're not in a hurry.

Twice I called for delivery and was told they would call me back and never did. When I finally set up delivery (between 4-8pm) they called me at 12:15 saying they were 45 minutes away, causing me to have to leave work early. Matress is nice however.
