The stylist burnt my hair so badly due to using her own non-professional equipment that I was forced to have an impromptu haircut by another employee because the woman doing my hair didn’t have a full license that allowed hair cutting. I had two stylists and cost me an extra $25 + 2 separate tips in additional to the “unlimited monthly blowouts”. I had to go to work, so I had no choice.

Loved my cut and color. The lady was very sweet. Was not happy or understood why i still paid an additional 150$. I purchased 2 groupons. 1 for full color and 1 for full highlights. Both included the cut, style and conditioning treatment. I could understand if my hair was long but it was cut to shoulders. I gave 5 stars for service but no stars for the price. Beware when using groupon with them

UPDATE: My daughter used the credit from expired Groupon which changes to value paid. She went in person and made appointment confirming 129 dollar special. Appointment made she was never asked to swipe card or pay. After highlights finished and blowing out a portion to show color my daughter had to rush out as children out of school. No receipt given. Looking at debit she was charged $190 total. Manager stating she should have purchase $129 then make appt. never asked for payment! In person! Store manager asking corporate.😥So much for a gift🥺

The appointment was moved to the Oviedo salon to accommodate me so I wouldn't have so far to drive. My stylist was Brooke and she was outstanding. I've been searching for a stylist for a long time and I am pleased to say I found her at the Rock Paper Scissors salon in Oviedo, FL a beautiful, very clean salon that can accommodate your every need. Thank you RPS.
