When I went in to start using my Groupon, they didn't really seem like they knew what they were doing. They didn't ask to see my voucher or.anything...just "what's your name?", then looked through the computer for a few minutes & finally told me I could just go in. The next to me with something similar happened, But they asked my name and then ask me like 4 different addresses if any of them are mine. I told them know that none of them were and they told me to just go in again. So the third visit I went to a different location and they told me that I should have been given a keytag and registered...so they finally got the Groupon figured out and filled out the paperwork & got me the keytag. Then of course, they just tell me to wait while they go find 'someone to help me', about what I have no idea because the girl at the desk doesn't answer when I ask why. Turns out she was getting someone to come give me a sales pitch but couldn't just be straight forward about...kind of annoying! I bought a Groupon so I don't have to sign a contract, I don't want a sales pitch, I've had a membership before. Now I keep getting phone calls asking me to join even though I made it clear I wasn't interested the first time they asked. Like the gym, hate the practices. I'd consider rejoining if the approach was different.

I really want a membership. Treadmills with t.v. Are awesome. Love the saunas too.

They have great classes. I go for the classes.

Zumba instructors are bad and they are all subs
