The offer clearly stated the points of service that they 'intended' to provide. However, it was a different story once they arrived. They never took off the cover to even inspect let alone clean the condensing unit. There ended up being a problem with the drain pan but they wouldn't know that either because they never took the panel off to inspect/clean the evaporator coil. They didn't blow out the condensate line. What a sham!They arrived on the scheduled day but only after I refused to reschedule my initial appointment. They wanted me to reschedule because they had a non-discounted or non promotional customer they wanted to service because it was more money. I had already planned to take time off from work in order to be available mid morning when the appt. was scheduled and was not going to do it again.
