Horrible experience. They not only did they charge an extra $45 to vacuum (which was part of the package) they said it was because I had excessive pet hair and sand in my vehicle. Not only has there never been any sort of animal in my car, I don't work or live anywhere around sand but I still had to pay for this imaginary abundance from these sources. Will not return for another visit.

fantastic job on some difficult stains, dog hairs, and normal wear and tear. Looks like new! You were able to remove stains (ex., gum) that I thought would be part of the decor. Thanks so much for your thorough work. Folks at the office thought someone bought a new car.

Be sure you know that every extra will be an extra expense. The Groupon cost was $75. I was charged another $120. I have only had my car for a short time, so it wasn't terribly dirty, I didn't think!! When I picked the car up the seats were very wet and so was I. I had to go home and change clothes.
