Employees were rude and not professional. My eye brows were waxed carelessly, and the wax was put down too low on my eye lids. I have never had a worse waxing. The owner was my waxer and she talked to her boyfriend while she distracted waxed my brows.

1. The girls didn't try to establish any client relationship with me like many hairdressers and aestheticians do. Talked to each other about shifts and people they knew. 2. Cute place but I hated being visible to mall patrons. At a minimum they should offer a blanket for women's legs. The woman after me and I were both dressed in heels with skirts and bare legs. Asked to lay back in chair full view of anyone on mall walking by.
