About Drivers' Educational School, Inc

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

We are the first driving school in Alaska, founded in 1978. Our company is locally owned and operated. We offer driving instruction, DMV Authorized Road Tests, point reduction classes, corporate training, fingerprinting services, and notary public. Our classes are certified by the State of Alaska and AAA Insurance company.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

We believe that safe roadways are a community effort, and do our best to teach students to be the safest drivers on the road.

What do you love most about your job?

The most rewarding part of our work is seeing the progression from scared and inexperienced student, to a confident and safe driver who will use their skills for the rest of their driving career.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

Our favorite reaction is seeing the realization, joy, and relief once a student has received the news that they passed their road test.
