What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

We specialize in most Phone & iPad Repairs. We also sell cases and accessories for the popular cellphones.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

The inspiration came from my prior passion of engineering. I always admired being able to renovate things, so I decided to work on phones and repair them. It started out small but then I decided to make a business out of it because of such high demand it was at the time and the great feedback I received from clients when I was able to fix their devices. That gave me more an incentive to start a phone business.

What do you love most about your job?

What we love about our job is how we're able to learn new things everyday through technology in general and our customers. We also like being able to fix phones, and not only phones, sometimes it's other devices. It's a great challenge for all of us and we hope to continue that tomorrow on and for futures to come. Lastly, we also love being able to connect with our customers when they walk through the door because a majority have a story to tell, whether it's how they broke their phone or about their knowledge of technology these days, or even personal stories about themselves. It's a fantastic experience.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

The best reactions we've received are usually compliments that inspire us. Such as telling us that we have good customer service and a pretty good business. One of the best thing hearing is that our customers are spreading out the word of our business to their friends and that they highly recommended us. Some are long term customers that have been with us since opening and that alone is an incredible reaction.
