I was very disappointed. Did not even have the opportunity to use my groupon. I left two messages and never received a call back.

I was only able to schedule 1 appointment with Jessica for a groupon that was for 3 services. She also was in a rush and her service was not very good. She will text to make sure you are going to meet the appointment, then cancel the last minute. I would not recommend her.

I've called Skin AK four times. The first time I called, she stated that she accepted text messages. After she didn't return my call, I text her explaining that I would like to make an appointment.She text me back asking if I was using a groupon. I told her yes. I never heard back from her. I called her again a month later after using another provider for the appointment I needed, and left her a voicemail. She never called me back. I then called her two days later and left another (very polite) voicemail. Still she never returned my call. So giving her the benefit of the doubt, I called her once more today. She didn't answer and I didn't even bother leaving a message. Is this the type of treatment she gives her clients who purchased a Groupon? I don't think this is fair at all and I'd like to see her banned from Groupon. I will be reporting her to Groupon as well.
