Don’t go there. I had a good experience last time, but this time this guy Randy, wanna extra over $100 after the Groupon. I think the owner has changed. It is a total rip-off. Not coming back for sure.

Ms. Gin Tucker, the ownership has not changed as we have been detailing in Anchorage for 42 years! The charges were all explained to your driver this morning (and yesterday when she booked the appointment). If you had a problem at that time, you should not have had us detail your vehicle. It was you, not us that purchased a Groupon for the wrong size vehicle (explained to your driver this morning and when she made the appointment! We also explained to the person who dropped off your vehicle that excessive pet hair is an additional charge as our detailers get paid for extra time they spend on vehicles. As I explained to your driver who was very nice, I have reported you to Groupon as well!
