This was only the second time I’d ever had a Brazilian done and Michelle made it WAY less painful than the first one I’d had done by a different place. For a service like this you might generally feel awkward but Michelle made the experience comfortable and pleasant. Thank you for being knowledgeable, professional and considerate!
