I was in a car accident July 2011; I got really fascinated with pain in the body; and felt massage is the most effective and much safer way with dealing with pain

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping work out "knots" and helping people.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
This is the best massage I have ever received.

She said she would mark the groupon as redeemed when I went to schedule my first, out of three. Rhonda said it was earier on her end. I ended up in the hospital and had to cance. Rhonda has not returned any of my text or emails. This has been going on for months. DO NOT purchase this groupon. She should be banned from Groupon.

This merchant is very unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled, she called to cancel the morning of as she was sick. I haven't heard from the merchant for almost 2 weeks now.. giving her 2 weeks to get better.. a total of 4 weeks. Her website doesn't allow reservations, and she marked my groupon redeemed even though the service was never given. Very poor professional practices very disappointed

I placed the order for 2 of these Groupons and the app said I used the Groupons on the same day which I did not. I just emailed Groupon so hopefully this gets resolved soon!
