I had a fantastic experience! Christy really listened to what I wanted, but also gave me good, gentle feedback (after I asked her) about what works well with my face shape. I absolutely love my highlights and hairstyle!

They charge you half your groupon if you can't make it to your appointment. They charge you $20-$25 to tone your hair, which means get it to a normal blonde color. They also charged me $10 for "extra bleach". I have no idea why, I have short hair and the stylist dropped it all over while applying it. I left very unhappy with my hair. It did not look at all the way I was hoping for. After 3 hours and $90 I could have gone to a much better place and paid full price or just have gone with a different groupon salon. This was my get out of the house after having a baby and feel pretty day... I let wanting to run to the store and get a dark box color. After calling the salon to see if they could fix my hair they said they would only re-tone it even though there were other issues.
