Sabor Latino, Ann Arbor

Since 1998, the chefs at Sabor Latino have collected recipes from Latin America’s distinct culinary regions. Fish tacos from Yuriria, Mexico, join Puerto Rican–style pork and salvadoran pupusas, or corn cakes stuffed with cheese and topped with meat or vegetables. Behind the long wood bar, bartenders shake and stir traditional libations such as Brazilian caipirinhas, Mexican micheladas, and rum cocktails served in coconuts.
