Tricho Salon & Spa, Ann Arbor

I went there for a massage with my Groupon. I did not use any other of the salon services that day or ever before. The massage itself was great. The masseuse was great. I did not like the way the Groupon was set up and there was nothing that mentioned the stipulations prior to buying it. When buying the Groupon you did have to specify a day of the week to have the massage. I picked Sunday. So, once I bought it and called to make my appointment they told me I could not make an appointment in advance. They said I had to wait until Sunday and then call to see what they had available, IF they had any time available. If not, I was told I could get my money back from Groupon. Very annoying.

The room was a little warm for the service, considering the hot foot towels used.
