What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? Fairfax Academy Elite is an academic camp with a focus on building an elite character inside and outside the classroom environment. Instead of an emphasis on basic classes, we aspire to develop a student's personality through debate, leadership, and team building courses.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? The inspiration of the Fairfax Academy Elite was Mik Jung's passion for education. Mik spent over 5 years working with traditional educational camps, only to realize there was a fundamental flaw with the current academic system. So she decided to do her own academic camp that showed results.

What do you love most about your job? The best part about working for Fairfax Academy Elite is the ability to truly develop a student's character. Seeing a shy student turning into a bright and confident public speaker is a proud moment.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? A parent was so happy with her child's development from a reserved quiet student into a classroom leader that she could not stop thanking Mik Jung after classes.
