The team is so welcoming and though I wasn’t aware that all yoga classes are in hot rooms (hot and hotter), it’s been a great challenge and have loved the benefits in a short period of time. Each instructor is unique and have been pleasantly surprised at the options plus being able to do yoga for the physical benefits which was my intended goal. ALL levels welcomed.
