We are committed to helping people achieve success in positive health. Our team is your team, so you are not alone in dealing with the emotional and physical challenges that come with being overweight. Our goal is to help you reach your goals, assisting you to live life to its fullest.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
To help people. We know the challenges and struggles people have with weight loss and getting to positive health because we have personally dealt with those same challenges. In this business we are able to share what we learned and help people achieve what we've achieved.

What do you love most about your job?
We love watching the changes and positive impact we have on people. People often walk through our door over weight, feeling and looking worn, and sometimes feeling hopeless. In just a few weeks we get to see them transformed with newly found energy, smiling faces, confidence, and thinner bodies.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
It's hard to pick just one, we get so many high-fives. But, "You've changed my life" is one we hear often and has to rank up there really high. "I've finally found something that works", is another one we often hear.
