The owner of Ooka Asian Bistro & Sushi began his career as a chef in China at the ripe age of 17. So it's no wonder he specializes in authentic Asian cuisine, mingling culinary techniques and traditions from all over the continent. The chef dots his menu with seafood tapas—think Peking-style pork and seafood udon—not to mention a vast array of sashimi, sushi, and rolls. The Rainbow Roll, for instance, is filled with crabstick, cucumber, and avocado topped with an assortment of fish.
