The kickboxing class is fun and intense , instructors are very friendly and motivational

The variety of exercises and strength training is great, the instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful and the class times offered are easy to work into my schedule. My only suggestion would be adding a late morning Saturday class. Otherwise, really enjoying my experience at Ellipse in Allouez.

The Ellipse in West DePere has quality instructors and they make working out hard and yet enjoyable. I will continue at this site after Groupon is finished.
