What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I use to work for the franchise but then the salon decided to get out of the franchise. I missed it and wanted to be a part of the company again!

I love doing different hair, my staff, and all of the clients that we have built friendships with

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
That I do a great job and miss me when I was gone (maternity leave)
