They made me wait 45 minutes after my appt. time to begin. They said the detox was not included in the price so I had to pay an additional price. During the process, I was constantly badgered about purchasing 10 more wraps. Lastly, I found out I actually gained weight the very next day at my Dr. appt.

They keep selling you products annoyingly almost every minute and even while you have the body wrap and treatment going on.

They were very pushy in regards to get you to buy their products. Michelle, the receptionist wanted me to sign a blank receipt. I told her I wouldn't. She began to talk about me in Chinese to another lady, not knowing I speak Chinese too. I told her I wouldn't sign a blank receipt, and she'd be a fool if she would. She proceeded to raise her voice and talk over me, all the while with a fake smile. She was personally insulted that I "didn't trust her." Told her to stop yelling, and this was very bad customer service. She said that I was giving her "bad customer service"?!?!??!? After a while, she did apologize for yelling.This is not the place you'll want to go if you want to be "pampered."
