Bought some pants on their website with my Groupon and weeks later I wondered why I didn't receive. Called CS and they said item was out of stock when it never said that when I ordered NOR did I receive notice that this was the case! Rep advised would send a gift card by mail. Weeks later, no card. Call again for a 2nd time and card was promised to be sent. This took FIVE times over the course of 6 months to finally get the card mailed to me! Ridiculous but I was happy to receive since I love their clothes! Well just when it couldn't get any worse, it does! They went out of business when I went to use my card!!!!! So I'm OUT $50 and all that work for nothing! Unbelievable and shame on Cache for obviously stalling on sending me what I paid for and stringing me along because you KNEW you were going out of business. Just extremely angry and disappointed.
