place was clean and staff seem to be friendly. however, when I walked in for my appointment I was told they were overbooked. I told them how is that possible when I booked a week in advance. they were nice enough to schedule me in same day but I had to wait 45 minute for my facial. place was all right so I think I would like to give it another try. let's see if they'll keep my appointment this time
