- $6 fee for Vans, Pickups, SUVs, Stars, or Diesels.
- Diesal trucks must be in stock factory condition with no modifications and not smoking.
- Not valid for vehicles over 8500 GVWR.
- $9.50 fee required for certification and electronic transfer.
