Made my appointment through Groupon and when I arrived the building was locked. I called the business number and Patrick’s number and no one answered. I waited outside the building for 20 minutes when a woman carrying a garbage bag came out. When I asked her about Patrick she said he passed away months ago. How Groupon is still selling Groupons for a spray tan by someone who has passed is crazy!

It should be Zero stars for Patrick no showing to the appointment today, but it wouldn't let me. I arrived, and the door was locked, knocked several times with no answer. Called Patrick's number and left voicemail. Called back again later and left a voicemail with no answer. Patrick then marked my voucher as redeemed without giving a call back or anything.

First time leaving a bad review to a business.. I made an appointment and contacted Patrick that I was outside the building. Not only he didn’t reply and didn’t provided the service and I waited outside the building, he also redeemed the Groupon. This review is not about the service but the lack of ethic and honesty of the business towards the clients.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience I was in the hospital and didn't have access to my phone. I do have more than one karen on my list though so I may have clicked the wrong one it doesn't give me all of your information on my end, my apologies!
